Bric Plus continues to expand and is now recruiting for 3 x Account Managers, based at the company’s London HQ, BRIC House, Knightsbridge.

Role Summary
The Advertising Sales Executive is responsible for developing, maintaining and creating relationships with key marketing decision makers while generating revenue from assigned clients and media agencies across all platforms. This includes print, digital (bricplusnews.com), and paid subscription (bulk and individual). The role includes networking at high profile events, as well as some international travel.

Key Responsibilities
– Generate revenue through advertising sales across all platforms including print, digital, media events & subscriptions.
– Work closely with the PR, Marketing & Editorial and creative team to deliver compelling creative or integrated solutions for clients
– Manage and nurture existing client relationships and foster new relationships to expand the client base
– Manage all aspects of the sales communication and negotiation process
– Take responsibility for particular market sectors and/or regions

Requirements
– Undergraduate degree or equivalent
– At least 2 years of print, digital and/or radio sales experience in a premium and international environment but this can be discussed proven track record from any other as sales can be considered.
– Creative, compelling and persuasive presentation and negotiation skills
– Strategic, consultative selling experience with proven ability to navigate complex deals
– Strong creative thinking and interpersonal/communication skills
– Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and can flourish under pressure
– Passion for, and knowledge of, the international media and advertising market
– The right to live and work in the UK
